THE FOLLOWING ARE JUST EXAMPLES

Microblading  (Hair Strokes)

With microblading, your eyebrow will last for 12-18 months, depending on your skin type or hair colour. This means that improvements can be tailored to your requirements and you can always follow the ever-changing trends in brows. As we age we dont want eyebrows designed for us 10 years ago , we can adapt as your skin and hair changes.

Combination of Microblading & Shading

Brow shading technique is a perfect way to give your microbladed brows permanent makeup effect that allows you not to worry about shading them regularly. It wears off in a similar way to your microbladed brows in a year thus you are not attached to one stule forever. It' s a new and hot trend in the microblading world because it also allowd the result to look absolutely realistic.

Eyeliner

Achieve the ultra-precise ‘liquid-liner-look’ permanent, darker lashes and more defined eyes make a difference to your whole face, but creating this effect with ordinary make up can be difficult and it’s easy to overdo it. An expertly applied PMU eyeliner is the perfect solution, giving you professional make up results that stay put and don’t need to be removed every night or carefully ‘matched up’ every morning.

Lips Blush

Very few people have perfectly symmetrical lips and as a result of the ageing process lips can become thinner and lose their natural lustre and colour.
Permanent lip blush treatment enhances the natural shape of your lips, giving them that boost of vitality and colour. No longer will you need to remember to take your favourite lipstick out with you as that fresh youthful vibrancy is naturally maintained.

Questions & Answers

Microblading typically lasts 1-3 years, depending on skin type and skincare routine. Color duration primarily depends on how oily the skin is. Sweating and sun exposure also reduce colour fastness. On average, expected time until a new colour refreshment is between 10 and 12 months. With oily skin it is up to 6 months.

Pain is relative. Microblading doesn’t hurt as much as a body tattoo, it’s probably just as painful as eyebrow plucking. However this varies from person to person. There is a possibility of pain or discomfort even after the topical anaesthetic has been used..

Shape of the eyebrows is calculated according to the golden intersection (phi 1.618) and face morphology. I will advise you about the closest shade possible to your natural eyebrow colour. After a thorough consultation and sketch, the shape is created and will be agreed by the client before it being microbladed. It will not be microbladed without client consent an approval.

All the instruments that enter the skin or come in to contact with body fluids are disposable and disposed of after use. Cross contamination guidelines are carefully adhered to.

NO. DEFINITELY NOT. THE WORK INVOLVED WITH EYEBROW EMBROIDERY IS ONLY PERFORMED ON THE SKIN SURFACE. MICROBLADING WILL BE A MUCH SAFER TREATMENT THAN EYEBROW TATTOOS. THIS TECHNIQUE DEPOSITS COLOURED PIGMENTS IN THE UPPER LAYERS OF THE DERMIS. THE COLOUR CAN ALSO BE ADJUSTED IN ALIGNMENT WITH THE ORIGINAL EYEBROW HAIR COLOUR, WHICH RESULTS TO A REALISTIC LOOK AND FEEL. IT IS A METHOD WHEREBY COLOURS ARE INSERTED TO THE UPPER LAYERS OF THE SKIN WHERE IT LASTS ONLY 1-2 YEARS DEPENDING ON THE SKIN RETENTION OF COLOURS.

Yes. Since we will be working with your face, it makes no sense to take risks. A patch test needs to be carried out at least 24 hours prior to a semi permanent make up treatment.

I use PhiBrows Ink which is the best on the market and especially formulated for microblading. It is tartazine free and contains no heavy metals. It is also vegan friendly and not tested on any animals.

The eyebrow area will be slightly red after the procedure and colour will appear very dark. This is normal for the procedure and part of the healing process. The colour will fade by up to 40% as it heals. In the following days, the eyebrows will continue to be dark and you will notice slight scabbing. Do not pick at the scabs as this may damage the skin and the outcome of the microbladed area. The eyebrows will lighten up in colour as it heals. No down time is required after microblading procedure. It takes approximately 7-14 days for the brows to heal over, and about 1 month for the colour to fully set in. You'll notice the colour is very light right after the two weeks after healing.

Yes! A touch up session after 4-6 weeks is necessary as everyone heals differently and outcome will vary. Certain areas may not pick up during first session and will need to be refilled. Pigment colour may need to be adjusted, brow thickness and more strokes can be added. Individuals with oily skin often require a deeper shade during the touch up session as the oils tend to lighten the pigment. Most importantly, your touch up session is when I refine your brows to ensure it looks perfect and retains the colour for the whole year!

It all depends on how well your skin absorbs the ink and/or fades. This is determined by a number of factors which comes into play such as exposure to sun, laser, certain medications, skin type etc. For clients who have oily skin or participate in activities that involve swimming in chlorine water or constant exposure to the sun, a touch up every six months would be advised

While the general rule of thumb is that SPMU treatments last between 9 to 18 months, this varies hugely between clients. There are so many things which can affect the permanency of SPMU treatments. These include; age, lifestyle, sun exposure, medication, skin type. All of these factors are out of the artist’s control, so any possibility to provide guarantees for the treatment is excluded.
